Privacy policy
Your data is only used to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the job. Here are the details, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

02What data and where from
Those you choose to send: your name, business, industry, the service you are interested in, your message and your email or phone. If you use the form, the message reaches me by email; if you choose WhatsApp, it opens with the text ready for you to send. Also, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, browsing data (see “Measurement and ads”).
03Purpose
No advertising is sent and no automated decisions are made with your data.

- If you hire me, managing the job, invoicing and delivery.
04Measurement and ads
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google (Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta receive browsing data (pages viewed, contact clicks, device, approximate location and a cookie identifier) to measure the website and the ads. You can withdraw that permission at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
05Legal basis
Your consent when you write and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). If you hire me, performance of the contract and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c). Measurement and ads, only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI).
06How long
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted at most one year after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax rules).
07Who else sees it
No one, except the providers that make communication, the website and its measurement possible: WhatsApp and Meta, Google (email, Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads), the form service (Web3Forms) and web hosting (Hostinger). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set by the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Data is never sold to third parties.
08Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to cristianadrestp30@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
